Imagine if people with ADHD didn't have to constantly struggling to refill their prescriptions, or go months unmedicated because of how difficult pharmacies and psychiatrists make it to acquire life-saving care. Imagine if people with autism didn't have to make multiple life admin calls every 30 days to navigate the stressful complexity of the pharmaceutical system's failings.
Apparently, nobody will help you if you find refilling medication difficult—or if the pharmaceutical industry complex specifically vilifies your condition and your dependence on a certain medication, e.g. amphetamine. The pharmacies and psychiatrists are too lazy to communicate with each other about supply chain shortages. If you're disabled, you're just screwed.
Therefore, it would be life-changing for disabled people if there were a free, public service to call the pharmacy and psychiatrist on your behalf and ensure that the medication is refillable, informing psychiatrists about a need to prescribe a dosage that's actually available.
