Picture source (and commentary on effective free education)
Education could be offered for free by individuals who have their living essentials and other needs provided for, and who wish to opt out of the capitalist economy. One of Magnova's purposes is to orchestrate a collective safety net to enable opting out as a possibility. If this could be provided, teachers could orchestrate a democratically but meaningfully constructed curriculum for a new generation of students at any level. Public education could be reincarnated with community leadership, drawing from a collective body of knowledge about building curricula and preparing students for the world. Free schools could be networked together to form federations and provide various social services for children in addition to just education. Curricula would be freed to teach versions of history that centralize challenges to and developments in intersectional justice. Students could be taught about how to build communities, develop infrastructure, and perform vital services such as medicine and education. Such education need not be geared towards pigeonholing students into single-focus careers for their whole lives, and could be accessible in a way that anybody could receive education on any topic, without worrying about graduation schedules or covering tuition.
To expedite this process, existing free educational tools online could be catalogued in a pedagogically thoughtful way with real world applications listed as ways to gift said knowledge towards the provision of some necessary social function.
